Matthew McCarron wins the Fegentri Championship Race at Parx on Itsknownasthebern
On a muddy, rainy January day at Parx Racing the Fegentri Amateur Riders competed on $12,500 Maiden Claimers on the flat and one of those horses is a Maiden no more. Matthew McCarron, who has over 1200 Jump Races to his credit, sat close early and rallied three-wide to drive Itsknownasthebern across the wire a half-length ahead of Snidely.
