Rest in Peace Roberto Velez
It’s with great sadness that we say have to say goodbye to our friend on the Parx Backstretch and so many other racetracks, Roberto “Bobby” Velez. Bobby was a great horseman who could handle Thoroughbreds in all situations and who served as a long-time contributor to the Servis Stable, from the early nineties. The San Juan Puerto Rico native passed away this morning, August 26th, 2021. Details on Memorial to follow.
