When a person is currently licensed and validated at Parx Racing and is retained FULL TIME by a PTHA/HPA division as an intricate piece of their respective businesses (key employee) the employee and dependents will be eligible for coverage under the plans.

The subscribers’ and their dependents’ coverage will be paid by the PTHA.

All premium payments will be made by the PRDF directly to those insurance companies providing coverage for the eligible coverage, i.e., health insurance, supplemental health insurance, optical/vision insurance, dental insurance and a death benefit of $5,000.
