Jane Gilbert’s Arlo, a four-year-old gelded son of Defrere, scored his first stakes victory on December 31 in the $75,000 Auld Lang Syne Stakes, ending the year with 5 wins from 11 starts. Cactus Charlie was third.

My Blue Ribbon, owned by David Alloway and trained by T. R. Miller, closed out the 2012 card for Parx with a win in the finale, ridden by Jessica Rice.
