Biography: Mr. Nickerson was a brilliant sprinter for fellow Parx Racing Hall of Fame trainer Mark Reid. The multiple graded stakes winner broke his maiden first time out in 1988 at Philadelphia Park, won an allowance race here in 1989 and was second in the 1990 Philadelphia Park Budweiser Breeders’ Cup H (G3).
